Deflectors fitted

The deflector kit arrived today. No instructions included but it looks pretty straightforward. Removing the fairings panels was easy enough. Remove the three hex screws that are visible. Pop and remove two black plastic rivits on the front end to seperate from the inner fairing. The edge of the outer fairing also clips over the edge of the inner black fairing. Then pull off gently and the three pin/studs will pull out of their rubber gromits. The lower one connects the black trim beside the engine. The deflector hooks into a slot and is held by double side tape.

This is how you get to the radiator cap.

The smaller screen deflectors just screw on top of the existing screen. Longer bolts were supplied but the originals were okay.

These decals (stickers) were included with the screen deflectors. I couldn't work out where they went.
Thanks for the fitting instructions, I have just ordered the set as they look good too on your bike. I might possibly try the taller screen after that but will see…

I plan to sell my taller screen as I can't see me using it again. Don't buy a new one as mine has only been used once.

I can confirm that there is no need to remove the fairings. 👊. I removed the hex nuts to give a little free play and could see the channel that the tab on the smoked plastic deflector sits in (it sits as far back as possible in the slot).
Easy.

The windscreen deflectors were pretty straight forward too.
I ordered my set from HGB Motorcycles Ltd who also kindly sent printed instructions. your photos on here are better really though. The black stickers are supposed to go on the existing windscreen, maybe to hide the mounting brackets? I didn't use them either.

Relevant instruction pages are attached below
